Notes

These directions are used for both Southern Allaire and Kell Farms, as we meet in the same parking lot. Kell Farms is on the eastern side of Hospital Road.

Meeting Point

We meet in the trail-head parking lot on the west side of Hospital Road.

Directions

Garden State Parkway south:

• Exit 98.
• Follow signs to Route 34 south. You will be on Rt. 34 for only a moment.
• Make the first right onto Allenwood Road using the jug-handle on your right marked [All Turns –>].
• There’s a Lukoil Gas Station on the corner.
• Follow Allenwood Road to the Stop sign (0.6 mile), then make a right onto Atlantic Avenue (Route 524).
• Take the first left onto Hospital Road (0.3 mile).
• Look for first parking lot on right after passing over the bridge at the bottom of the hill (1 mile).

Route 33 west:

• Go south on Route 9 to I-195
• Follow the directions below.

Interstate I-195:

• Take Exit 31B (547 North/Farmingdale/Allaire State Park).
• Follow the exit ramp to the first traffic light, then turn right onto Allaire Road (Route 524).
• Go past the Allaire State Park main entrance and proceed to Hospital Road (2.7 miles).
• Turn right onto Hospital Road and watch for the first parking lot on the right after passing over the bridge at the bottom of the hill (1 mile).
