Monmouth County Park System’s Senior Hikers program offers a weekly walk and conversation along the trails of the county’s many parks with an active group of seniors. You can choose the hike level that suits you when you register for a session.
Click here for the current season’s schedule – hikes generally start at 9:30 AM, though some groups start earlier in the summer to avoid the heat. Check the schedule carefully to be sure!
